Nationalism and revolution in Eastern Europe:

The concept of liberty influenced nationalism and revolution in Eastern Europe by inculcating that they were free of the unreasonable restrictions put on them by the authorities and they were as equally important as any other human being on the minds of people.

The concept of liberty made the Europeans place faith in the ideas of freedom and equality. Liberty had started being viewed as a right which made people revolt against the ones who restricted it.

Because of the concept of liberty It sparked Nationalist and revolutionary movements. Concept of liberty pertains that there’s a free will as determinism as contrasted. This also means that liberty is a freedom from the control, hampering conditions and restriction, best example in this is like prisoner who is gaining his liberty.
