Answer:

When we get up we almost forget everything about what we had dreamed last night. All the people suffer sleep paralysis. Person cannot see their own face in dreams.

Explanation:

Dreams are the images or a video which is shown by the subconscious mind while we are in a deep sleep. Dreams are so mysterious nowadays that it has a scientific value as well as spiritual value. Most of the people forget what they had dream last night when they get up the next morning. They do not remember hundred percent of eight only 30 to 40% is remembered by them.

Also, all the people suffer sleep paralysis that means they cannot move their hands and other body parts while they are dreaming. Banda get update can be successful in doing so but while asleep they cannot move their body parts.  Also, there is scientific proof that people cannot see their own face. Also, they cannot see any mirror in dreams.
