If you could choose one non-communicable disease to completely eliminate worldwide, which would it be? Explain your response. pleaseee:)

I would eradicate cancer since it is one of the largest causes of death. I've lost many people and friends to cancer and it is a horrific disease. It is very difficult to treat and causes the patient pain until it eventually kills them unless the cancerous cells are burned away through violent techniques like radiation treatments.
