The answer is 24/10 or 12/5 (C.)

Tan is equal to Opposite/Adjacent.
Think SohCahToa where o=opposite, h=hypotenuse, and a= adjacent.
When you find the Tan of angle c, you look for the side opposite or not touching angle c, that side is 24.
To find the adjacent, look for the shortest side that is touching the angle, which is 10.

That gives you 24/10, or when you divide top & bottom by 2, 12/5.

Answer:

  see below

Step-by-step explanation:

Any line between two points on the circle is a chord.

Any angle with sides that are chords and with a vertex on the circle is an inscribed angle.

Any angle with sides that are radii and a vertex at the center of the circle is a central angle. Each central angle listed here should be considered a listing of two angles: the angle measured counterclockwise from the first radius and the angle measured clockwise from the first radius.

1.

chords: DE, EF

inscribed angles: DEF

central angles: DCF . . . . . note that C is always the vertex of a central angle

2.

chords: RS, RT, ST, SU

inscribed angles: SRT, RSU, RST, RTS, TSU

central angles: RCS, RCT, RCU, SCT, SCU, TCU

3.

chords: DF, DG, EF, EG

inscribed angles: FDG, FEG, DFE, DGE

central angles: none

4.

chords: AE

inscribed angles: none

central angles: ACB, ACD, ACE, BCD, BCE, DCE

What number should both sides of the following equation be multiplied by to solve for g? g divided by 2 = 4
77julia77 [94]

Answer: Multiply both sides by 2.

Step-by-step explanation:

g divided by 2 is equal to 4 .

We could represent that with the equation :

\frac{g}{2} = 4 To solve for g in this case multiply both sides by 2.

\frac{g}{2} * 2 = 4(2) 2 cancels out on the left side so we will be left with g. On the right side will be left with 8 after multiplying.

g = 8
