Total            60               40              100

Place given information into the chart...Total customers who like rice is 30 and 20 of the like chicken.  This means the other 10 (30-20 = 10) must like beef.  60 customers liked chicken means column for chicken has a total of 60.  Subtract and find how many like pasta 40  (60 -20 =40)...
Is this enough help or do you need clarification on the second problem?

Each of the pairs of the opposite angles made by two intersecting lines are called vertical angles. The correct option is A.

<h3>What are vertical angles?</h3>

Each of the pairs of the opposite angles made by two intersecting lines are called vertical angles.

The proof can be completed as,
Given the information in the figure where segment UV is parallel to segment WZ.: Segments UV and WZ are parallel segments that intersect with line ST at points Q and R, respectively. According to the given information, segment UV is parallel to segment WZ, while ∠SQU and ∠VQT are vertical angles. ∠SQU ≅ ∠VQT by the Vertical Angles Theorem. Because ∠SQU and ∠WRS are corresponding angles, they are congruent according to the Corresponding Angles Theorem. Finally, ∠VQT is congruent to ∠WRS by the Transitive Property of Equality.

Hence, the correct option is A.

Answer:

SNITCHY SNATCH

Step-by-step explanation:

I actually don't know how to show how to graph it. Sorry. But I can give a few coordinates. For y < 1/3x + 3: (-1,2 2/3) (0,3) (1,3 1/3). For y > -2/3x - 3: (-1,-2 1/3) (0,-3) (1,-3 2/3).

What is the slope of the line that passes through the points A(-2,3) and B(-12,6)?
harina [27]

Answer:

The answer is

<h2>- \frac{3}{10}</h2>

Step-by-step explanation:

The slope of a line given two points can be found by using the formula

m =  \frac{ y_2 - y _ 1}{x_ 2 - x_ 1}

where

(x1 , y1) and (x2 , y2) are the points

From the question the points are

A(-2,3) and B(-12,6)

The slope is

m =  \frac{ 6 - 3}{ - 12 -  - 2}  =  \frac{3}{ - 12 + 2}  \\  =   - \frac{3}{10}

We have the final answer as

- \frac{3}{10}

Hope this helps you
