Answer:

I think it's really nice, I feel like this when I have nobody to talk to out of my house. This poem almost made me cry, but you've almost got me at the end.But other then the end that almost made me cry...it was really an experience in life that most people go through. This is a wonderful poem...tell your friend he/she almost made me cry cause i used to feel the same way when I finally walked in middle school for the first time where I had to leave my BFF's Group it made me cry when I had to leave elemenetary. But you have to do what you have to do to get through life and make new friends. Practically what I'm trying to say is that you don't have to be lonely to be this way. This was my feeling 24/7 but this feeling is something your friend can through away cause i wanna be your friend's friend.

Explenation:

I've never been the one to hate

I'm always outside the gate.

Don't know why I like it that way,

A place to hide

a place to stay,

A place no one would like

but me.

It would strike

you silly if you saw it this way.

A place to stay,

and cry all day.

A place so lonely

nobody could find me.

A place where I

can shout all day.

This is my shadow

living inside of me,

if only you could see...

if only you could see.

Where Beauty stands and waits
erica [24]

The space between the words "leap” and "and” create a layer of meaning because:

 • It resembles the distance that Beauty will fall.

What is a Layer of Meaning?

The layer of meaning in a phrase refers to the connotation of a text or some other writing technique.

The first stanza talked about the death-defying leap of Beauty. The distance between the last and beginning words shows the long distance that Beauty will fall.
