Muscular strength is a more important fitness factor than muscular endurance.<br> true or false?
irakobra [83]
Hello!! I would say that’s false. Truth is, they’re both super important. Your endurance teaches you how to do something for an extended amount of time, like running. Whenever you run a marathon, you build up your endurance so you won’t be as tired during the marathon. As for muscular strength, you need your strength to pick up things or hold them. They both go hand in hand. You cannot have endurance without having strength. I hope I have helped you!! Have a great evening.
