Mitosis is how we repair our cells and grow. It is the process of cell division. When you get a cut or you're a kid growing up, your cells are constantly dividing themselves to repair that cut or two add to your growing body. it takes 24 hours for a human cell to divide itself. This is always occurring from the day you were born.
