Due process model as it is much more reliable/ efficient.

Some factors may include what the person is doing/did, how they are treating the officer, if they have their needed registration/insurance on hand.

Yes, if people know their are other people watching them they will be more likely to follow the law.

The jury can have bias, I would look for one that is more likely to sympathize with my side.

No, criminals will commit crime regardless. A life sentence in jail doesn't sound like much fun either but that doesn't stop them.
