Because we see people eating "healthy" and they lost a lot of weight, so our brain thinks: "I want a body likr that too, lemme try that diet!" The same goes for advertisements for fast food chains and other restaurants. We follow our interests on Social Media, so we naturally think that everything we see there is good.
