to get the slope you can use this formula. (note that y(1) and y(2) refer to values from different equations and not multiplication)
m (slope) = y(2) - y (1) / x (2) - x (1)
do this using the two ordered pairs given in the question and you get -2/-2 or 1
plug this into our equation and you get
y = 1x + 1 or y = x + 1
you could just skip to the end from the first step (thats what i reccomend lol) but this uses formulas and stuff
