Answer with explanation:

The given Inequality is :

  \frac{3 y}{2} -2 x>1\\\\ \frac{x}{\frac{-1}{2}}+\frac{y}{\frac{2}{3}}>1

Writing the inequality in slope intercept form,of line and then drawing the line

   \frac{x}{\frac{-1}{2}}+\frac{y}{\frac{2}{3}}=1

or the equation of line is , 3 y-4 x=2

and the inequality becomes, 3 y -4 x >2

Checking which points lie on the solution region

Point, (0,0) does not satisfies the inequality.So,color the area on the left of line,also the points on the line will not be included as a solution,as this is an open set.

⇒⇒None of the points lie in the solution region.

First, and most important, you must know what the question is. You haven't told us what the question is, and a gray cloud hangs like a dark mist over the problem, giving the unmistakable impression that you're not too sure of it yourself.

Diameter is 4.2

radius= 4.2/2 = 2.1 or 21/10

4/3 × 22/7 × 21/10 × 21/10 × 21/10

= 4851/125

= 38.808
