Answer:

When a fresh receptionist became hired for my last employment, I could tell him he had having real difficulty. At the time, my manager was busy with a potential employer, and he didn't give the potential recruit all the preparation he wanted. A lot of papers stacked up and didn't get filed easily, so if I had any downtime, I decided to support a fellow staff member out a little.

I taught him some strategies so that he could submit documents fairly easily, while not causing his other duties to slip by the wayside. We also had lunch together a couple occasions in his very first couple weeks, and I could include some more simple ideas.
