Answer: reduce risk.

For consumer with a homeowner’s policy installing smoke detectors helps reduce risk. The risk can be reduced by 2 major ways. First is that it will reduce the risks because of homeowner policy, the risk will be divided between the owner and the insurance company hence reducing that for the owner.

The other way it will be reduced is by minimizing the damage once the alarm is triggered. Any smoke that might cause a fire can be dealt with immediately

The correct option is SHARE RISK.
Homeowner insurance policy is a type of property insurance that covers a private residence. The insurance policy usually offers coverage for damages caused by fires, lighting, windstorm, hail, etc. Insurance is a risk sharing business between the insurance company and the consumer, a consumer with a homeowner policy, who goes ahead to install smoke detectors is reducing the risk of having a fire incident in the house. Installing this kind of device usually lower the amount of insurance premiums that one is required to pay. <span />

jok3333 [9.3K]

Answer:

The statement is: False.

Explanation:

Many economists believe the foreign exchange market is efficient enough to set forward rates -rates applicable in the future, thus, it is non-sense to spend money on trying to forecast exchange rate changes in the short run. This is because different studies have shown that most forward rates predictions have been more accurate than publicly available information.

Efficiency is understood as the characteristic of a market to display all available public information in the assets price, according to the Efficient Market Hypothesis (EMH).

Explanation:

Environmental Scanning is a big part of success in marketing.

Social, cultural, demographic, and environmental changes have a major impact on virtually all products, services, markets, and customers. Small, large, for-profit, and nonprofit organizations in all industries are being staggered and challenged by the opportunities and threats arising from changes in social, cultural, demographic, and environmental variables.

Social: This force includes demographics and cultural influence. This means population statistics, such as age, gender etc. The cultural piece refers to the values, ideas and attitudes each group represents. For Stumble, my company we are targeting mainly males from the ages 18 to 25ish. With this group being targeted it makes the most sense to try to sell on college campuses. The cultural part of this is easy for us right now. No matter how you were raised all college kids have some of the same things in common, some things we can to see eye to eye on. Being 20, I feel I understand our market well.
