If two-thirds of the Representatives and Senators support the bill, the President's veto is overridden and the bill becomes a law.

Assuming you're talking about Student Council. You basically handle most of the student ran functions like pouderpuff games, pep rallys, etc. When i was in student couil we also took over all the programs like the Veterans Day Program, the Black history program, etc.
