<em>Food rations mean that one would get their fair share of eatables either in raw or cooked form. </em>These rations are given to different states, cities, communities etc on the basis of their needs.

<u>When these are given by the government to their people, it automatically gives them a sense of being cared about</u>. Hence they form good opinions about such a government who took care of them in times of need.

These rations usually consist of <em>sugar, wheat, milk etc.</em>
