My sister had cancer and we did ignore the warning signs because the symptoms didn’t seem like anything concerning. As there are numerous types of cancers, most of them don’t have severe symptoms so people won’t think it’s all that serious. For instance, being simply fatigue could be a warning sign, along with night sweats. Loss of appetite, or even a sore that doesn’t heal. The warning signs are things most people will brush off and say “oh it’s probably just this or that”. That’s why whenever people go to the doctor and get diagnosed with cancer, it catches you by surprise.
Your answer would be all of the above. A recovery community is not only the individual in recovery, it is their support system, too! Their friends, families, allies, life coaches, therapists, etc. are all part of their recovery community.,
What are the answer choices? The way this question is stated it seems like answer choices should have been add on. :)
If there are no answer choices I think his quad and hurdlers stretches means he is stretching his legs to run :)
Hope this helps
Your body:
Stress is not an illness itself, but if it isn't under control it can cause serious illnesses, such as heart disease, asthma, stroke, diabetes and some types of cancer. Spotting the early signs of stress, like sweating, loss of appetite, headaches and loss of concentration will help prevent it getting worse.
Your mind:
If you are stressed you may feel worried, anxious, irritable or have low self-esteem. You may also notice that you lose your temper more easily, drink more or act unreasonably.
Stress and sleep:
Your mood and how well you sleep affect each other. Feeling stressed can mean you don't sleep well enough, and if you don't sleep well enough this may make you feel more stressed.
