While you might not naturally associate psychotic behavior with anti depressants there have been many incidents of people developing psychotic behaviors/thoughts from taking anti depressants. It is just not generally publicized. Anti depressants affect the chemical balances in your brain and body and people develop a whole myriad of side effects, most of them unpleasant.
