  • Individuality- Everyone is different and responds differently to exercise.
  • Specificity- You enhance your own ability on a specific sport ot exercise (like for example playing soccer a lot makes you a good soccer player)
  • Progression- start from the very first step and go from there
  • Overload- to add a bit extra from your routine exercise in order to build stamina or endurance.
  • Adaptation- Over time, your body will become accustomed with the regimen given.
  • Recovery- Always have a rest time for your body to recover
  • Reversibility- Your body can lose the muscle you get if you stop exercising.

2. isometric exercise: a form of exercise involving the static contraction of a muscle without any visible movement in the angle of the joint.

3.Isotonic exercise: a form of exercise when the muscle maintains equal tone while shortening.

4.Isokinetic exercise : movement at a constant speed regardless of the force applied. Isokinetic exercise allows muscles to gain strength consistently all through the range of movement.
