Answer:

1. Principles of training are:

  • Individuality- Everyone is different and responds differently to exercise.
  • Specificity- You enhance your own ability on a specific sport ot exercise (like for example playing soccer a lot makes you a good soccer player)
  • Progression- start from the very first step and go from there
  • Overload- to add a bit extra from your routine exercise in order to build stamina or endurance.
  • Adaptation- Over time, your body will become accustomed with the regimen given.
  • Recovery- Always have a rest time for your body to recover
  • Reversibility- Your body can lose the muscle you get if you stop exercising.

2. isometric exercise: a form of exercise involving the static contraction of a muscle without any visible movement in the angle of the joint.

3.Isotonic exercise: a form of exercise when the muscle maintains equal tone while shortening.

4.Isokinetic exercise : movement at a constant speed regardless of the force applied. Isokinetic exercise allows muscles to gain strength consistently all through the range of movement.

5.

  • Always follow the gym's safety rules
  • Wear shoes with good traction
  • Keep your back straight when lifting

Answer:

The answer is D, the viruses use the body's cells to make new viruses

Explanation:

For example, see the lysogenic and lytic cycle. The lytic cycle involves the virus taking over metabolic processes of the cell in order to reproduce. Probably skip the lysogenic cycle since it does not kill the cell.
