Some benefits and advantages of voice recognition software are

  1. Prevents Carpel Tunnel Syndrome which is a real problem for people that work 8 hours per day in from of a computer, typing over and over again. If they use voice recognition softwares, they will drastically prevent this problem, because they won't use their hands as much as no having these softwares.
  2. Faster typing. Normal people aren't able to write 70 words per minute or more. However, using voice recognition software, they will be able to type faster, finishing papers in no time.
  3. Avoiding spelling mistakes. This kind of mistakes don't exist if people use voice recognition, because the software will write it correctly. So, the job would be more efficient and perfect, also they won't waste time doing corrections.

These three advantages are important enough consider implementing voice recognition software at the office.
