Complex carbohydrates Such as insoluble fiber. Your body will break that down first because I is much faster than other source to convert to energy. If there isn't any carbs available your body will then convert fat into energy and lastly if there is t and carbs or fat your body will then breakdown protien into energy but that is truly the last resort. Sorry for the errors in this texts I was writing very fast and my phone will not allow me to edit.

There are four components of physical fitness: cardiorespiratory fitness, musculoskeletal fitness (divided into muscular strengt
yKpoI14uk [10]

Answer:

the answer choice would be D

Explanation:

here is why because within those 60 mins you can do a mix of different activities. You can even decide to do strength training for 30 mins and then do resistance training for 30 mins. This means you would get in your full training of 60 mins but would have the ability to do two different categories of training during 60 mins. you would knock out two different exercises within 60 mins. doing the same thing for 60 mins could get boring so you have the chance to move on to something else for the other 30 mins.

hope this helps and makes sense

✎﹏☾✦Describe the process of Binary fission in amoeba.
RSB [31]

Answer:

Binary Fission

The type of asexual reproduction, in which the parent cell divides itself into two identical daughter cells by amitosis. The division of nucleus is called amitosis due to fact that the stages of a typical mitotic division are not observed in these cells. After division, the two daughter cells grow into adult ceils, e.g. Amoeba.

Binary Fission in Amoeba

 • Amoeba reproduces by binary fission method where division of the parent cell and its components occur by stretching.
 • The nucleus of parent cell grows and divides into two daughter nuclei (karyokinesis) by amitosis.
 • Division of nucleus is followed by cytoplasmic division (cytokinesis).
 • At the end of the process, two identical daughter cells are formed and identity of the parent organism is lost.
