How do I solve this x/2-1=x/5+2

To solve this equation you need to solve for the variable x. There are more than one way you can to this but I find substitution method to be viable.

x=10, we know this because 10/2= 5 and 5-1=4. Also 10/5=2 and 2+2=4.
