The bone marrow found in the bones of the skeletal system aids in generating the cells within the blood, and blood is the vital fluid of the circulatory system.

Further Explanation:

The skeletal system refers to the system found in the body, which is composed up of calcified bone as well as the cartilage that works in sync by helping in the smooth movement of the body. This system comes in many forms; the skeleton inside the body is made up of bones and is referred to as endoskeleton while insects and crustaceans have this system on the outside and are made up of hard plates, known as exoskeletons. This system works closely with the muscular system and aid in the movement. Without the bones, one would be a blob of water-filled tissues. The skeletal system creates a framework to which the organs, as well as muscles, may connect. It plays a major role in the protection, especially in the head.

Circulatory system, on the other hand, refers to the system of the body, which is composed up of blood vessels that transport the blood away as well as towards the heart. This system aids in the transportation of oxygen as well as nutrients in all the body tissues. It also aids in the transportation of carbon dioxide as well as wastes out of the tissues. The calcified bones work with the circulatory system in such a way that the bone marrow in these aids in the generation of the blood cells like white blood cells and red blood cells.

<h3><u>Answer;</u></h3>

<em>The marrow in the bones of the skeletal system helps produce the cells in the blood, which is the key fluid of circulatory system</em>

<h3><u>Explanation;</u></h3>
  • <em><u>Skeletal system is a system in the body that is made up of cartilage and calcified bone that work together by helping in the smooth movement process of the body. </u></em>
  • <em><u>Circulatory system on the other hand is a system of the body that is made up of blood vessels that carry blood away and towards the heart. The system helps in transport of oxygen and nutrients in all the body tissues, and also transport of carbon dioxide and wastes out of the tissues.</u></em>
  • <em><u>The calcified bones of the skeletal system work with the circulatory system, such that the bone marrow in these bones helps in the production of blood cells such as red blood cells and white blood cells.</u></em>

If a plant cell is placed in a solution and the cell shrivels up, what type of solution was it placed in? How do you know?
vladimir1956 [14]

Answer: The solution was hypertonic

Explanation: The reason for this is the fact that the cell shriveled up. The shriveling was caused by water moving out of the cell. This movement is likely caused by a disbalance in solutes between the cell and the surrounding, with the surrounding containing a higher concentration of solutes. Diffusion tries to balance this by moving water out of the cell, thus increasing the concentration inside and reducing the concentration outside.

Which of the following is NOT a function of the hypothalamus? Which of the following is NOT a function of the hypothalamus? regu
lesya692 [45]

Answer: regulate the thalamus

Explanation:

The hypothalamus does not regulate the function of the thalamus, rather it is found below the thalamus where it helps control appetite or feeding; body temperature; the amount of water in the blood (known as osmo-regulation); and sleep rhythms.

Thus, the hypothalamus does not regulate the thalamus.
