Please help!!!
oksian1 [2.3K]

Answer:

a. Alcohol misuse and smoking are two risk behaviors that can have horrible negative effects on people´s health. While alcohol can become addictive and create problems in the liver and even develop into cirrhosis, smoking is not only highly addictive but can also create lung issues, including forms of cancer.

Explanation:

b. Smoking and consuming alcohol are behaviours related to peer pressure as well as a way people find to deal with stress. Adolescents are most likely to adopt these risky health behaviors because of peer pressure since they use them s symbols of rebellion and growing up. On adults, these behaviors are most likely linked to stress that can no otherwise be dealt with.

What is an explanation as to why both beginning and advanced exercisers should focus on multi-joint strength training exercises?
Ivahew [28]

Answer:

Multi-joint exercises prevent you from lifting too much weight

Explanation:

Multi-joint exercises are exercises in which various joints (eg hip and knee) are moved. Generally beginners as well as advanced practitioners should begin their physical training with multi-joint workouts and then move on to more demanding workouts. This is because multi-joint exercises prevent you from lifting too much weight. For example, for a lower limb workout, we start with the squat or press which is a multi-joint exercise, and leave the flexor and extensor chairs for later.
