From x=a to x=b, with n subintervls, the width between each is (b-a)/n

so from x=3 to x=5 and 4 intervales is (5-3)/4=2/4=1/2

increments of 1/2 each time
we need 4 of them

I see that xi is the right endpoint so I would guess that we take the right Riemann sum
so we start at 3+0.5 or 3.5

so 3.5, 4,4.5,5

C  I would say
