According to institutional liberal perspective, international migration can be a positive development for both rich and poor nat
Mamont248 [21]

According to institutional liberal perspective, international migration can be a positive development for both rich and poor nations if it is comprehensive and coordinated.

International migration is the movement of people across the international borders i.e. from one country to another country. It can be either immigration (moving into one country) or emigration (moving out of one country).

If the migration is done in comprehensive and coordinated manner it can be beneficial for both rich and poor nations. The rich nations will receive human capital as the working population immigrates to their country for jobs and the poor country can also benefit from the remittances from the emigrants.

The evidence that argues most strongly is that on an adult personality, the effects of shared environment are non-existent or possibly very weak.
