Answer:

Dependent variable: The amount of food a fish eats (as it depends on the color of food ans it may increase, decrease or change with increase, decrease or change in the color of food).

Independent variable: Color of the food (as it does not depend on any other factor).

Hypothesis: There can be two hypothesis:

1) The amount of food a fish eats gets change with the change in color of food.

2) Color of food has no effects on the amount of food a fish eats.

Food color have Absolutely no effect <span>on the amount of food fish eat</span>. Fish take food into their mouths and taste it. If they do like it, they swallow it, otherwise they will spit it out. The color of the flakes has nothing to do on what the fish takes in and tastes.

If the body temperature of a person is recorded as 37 degrees Celsius, what is the persons body temperature in k? Round your ans
maw [93]

Answer:

The right answer to this question is: 310k

Explanation:

There's a very good formula that can help us to find this answer, but first, we need to know the temperature scale  in Celsius and Kelvin, there's an image below that will help us gather information.

The formula is quite simple, check it below:

C/5  = K-273/5

putting the values we already have in the formula it would be like this:

37/5 = K-273/5

Cutting out the fives, we can have the final result

37= K-273

37+273 = K

K= 310.

OPTIONS:

a. When there are just two other people at the party.

b. When everyone is wearing a nametag.

c. When there are more than 50 people attending the same party.

d. When the need for help from the person who is having a heart attack is very clear

Answer:

c. When there are more than 50 people attending the same party.

Explanation:

Bystander effect is a term used in social psychology to describe the tendency of an individual to intervene in the event of an emergency to offer help to the person needing it, when others are present at the scene of the emergency.

In the case of an emergency just like the scenario stated in the question, where someone develops a heart attack at a dance party, if the party has more people, the slimmer the chance of the person getting help from any of the 50 people at the party, as the presence of others would tend to discourage the any individual from attempting to help the victim having the heart attack.

The situation that would more likely show the bystander intervention effect is <em>"c. When there are more than 50 people attending the same party."</em>

If an adult dog has 78 chromosomes the number of chromosomes in a dogs sperm cell will be
Sergio039 [100]

39

Reproductive cells are haploid (have 1/2 the chromosomes), whereas somatic/body cells are diploid (have the full set of chromosomes)

This makes sense if you think about it. Using the example from the question, every dog has 78 chromosomes. This includes two of each (there are two chromosome 1's, two chromosome 2's, etc. This is visible in the karyotype attached). One set of these chromosomes were inherited from the mother, and one set from the father. Each parent contributed 39 chromosomes (one chromosome 1, one chromosome 2, etc.). If the dog in the question were to have 78 chromosomes in its sperm cells, it would contribute two sets to its offspring. When combined with the chromosomes in the egg cell, the offspring would end up with extra chromosomes. Therefore, both the sperm and the egg cells will have 39 chromosomes, one of each. When combined, they will produce offspring with 78 chromosomes, the proper number.
