  It was known as Outer Mongolia and consisted on the area that today is Mongolia and the Russian Republic of Tova. It was lead by the Qing Dynasty, the last imperial dynasty of China.

  It was part of China from 1691 to 1911 when it declared independence from the China empire and renamed as Bogd Khanate of Mongolia.
