The company needs to spend more time reaching out to their customers as much as they focus on the company itself.

The reason to have a business and selling the product is to satisfy the customers needs so that you can get more customers (hence more profit) and through marketing the business has to discover the needs of their customers.

It is crucial to focus on the goal to make money out of the business but that money comes from accumulating more customers and ensuring that you keep them that can only occur if you reach out to them and satisfy their needs in as many way as possible .

This has to be done simultaneously focusing on making profit whilst focusing more on reaching out to your target customers and satisfying their needs.
