Anastasy [175]
I would tell her it is not to late to improve muscle heath. Although I would advise her make sure her joints are in good shape to perform this. If she has previously been working out there should be no problem. If she has not been physically active in a while I would advise her to get her joint strength strong before she starts weights. After this I would advise her to start with light weights and body weight exercises such as a simple push up.

i hope this helps!

Answer: find someone to talk to about the things causing you stress

Explanation: The best way to handle stress if you're not handling it well is to talk to somebody. Venting out emotions results to a shared feeling that lowers the stress level of a person. The primary stressor for this stage is "peer pressure" from friends and "grades" in school. They would often want to belong in the group, thus, this causes a stress on them. They would also want to have a good grade or pass their subjects, which adds up to their stress level.

3. Graduation time can act as a stressor for seniors.

Answer: True

Explanation: Graduation time can act as a stressor for seniors because they become challenged to do many things such as achieving a passing score or good score, submitting a thesis and the like in order to become part of the Graduation list. It also heightens their anxiety because they know that they will rarely see their close friends and classmates after they graduate since most of them will be going to separate schools.

4. Daily physical activity will help your body and the way it deals with stress.

Answer: True

Explanation: Exercise has long been proven to lower stress hormones, thus, if you do physical activity daily such as jogging or cleaning the house, you'll be able to deal with stress effectively. It can help brighten your mood and fight fatigue (both mental and physical). Overall, your body function improves.

5. A stressor is a stimulus that decreases stress.

Answer: False

Explanation: A stressor is a stimulus that causes stress. Therefore, it increases stress. For example, when you experience a major change in your life like becoming pregnant, this becomes a stressor. It challenges you in how you are going to deal with the pregnancy, especially if you're not yet ready. So, this situation can cause a lot of stress on your end.
