One the requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) (29 CFR 1910.1200(g)) which its revision was done in 2012 is that all manufacturers, importers, or distributors must make available for each hazardous chemical relevant labels, Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) as well as other hazard communication program, information, warning and training to downstream users to whom they sell the chemicals to.
This is because, most chemicals used in the factory are potentially hazardous, and if appropriate information is not provided, exposure to those chemicals can lead to deformity, health problem and/or even death.
