This is an example of exchange theory.
In sociology, exchange theory has to do with maximizing benefits while also minimizing costs. When applied to Bill and Cathy's situation, they are taking advantage of each other's skills in order to minimize costs - Bill can cook and Cathy can't (so they can prepare food on their own) and Cathy can repair stuff and Bill can't (so they don't have to get a handyman).
According to Ralph Waldo Emerson an ideal education is to
nurture in a child the kind of education he is naturally inclined to, this can
be seen through his interests, habits etc. He said when a child is forced to
study with other children and his natural abilities are suppressed to match
other children in that class, that is not a healthy education for the child as
he has to get dragged behind because not every child is a genius. Emerson gives
the example of Plotinus and Socrates to show their natural ability to teach and
calls them “Natural Teachers”. He suggests that everyone should take part in “mutual
pleasure of teaching and learning”. He adds that female force is preferable to
male force in natural teaching as that is more sympathetic rather than
controlling.
<span>Actually In order to be a successful lobbyist, one of the best personality trait is to be as knowlegable as possible with great smartness and should be upto date in thinking along with humbleness, then allround capacity with most the people who are in power, and finally should have proved loyal and succesfull in the past as much as possible.</span>
