Antipyretics e.g paracetamol generally reduces the effects of antibody response to immunization, thus effective as prophylactics against pain, fever and other local(site of insertion) and system (effect on body system functions) symptoms of post vaccination. The prophylactic effects depends on the type and interval of administration after vaccination.
