What is the net force in the parachutist ?

Mathematics

Force = mass x acceleration (F=ma)
When the parachutist reaches terminal velocity they are moving at a constant speed and no longer accelerating  so acceleration (a) would be  0

so F would also be 0 since anything multiplied by 0 = 0

this would also mean that Fdrag must exactly balance Fg
so  Fdrag would = -Fg, so Fdrag would be -850 N

For this question you have:
1/2 centimeter = 3/4 foot
so you can say:
1/2*2  centimeter = 3/4 *2 foot
so you will have:

What is the equation of the line that passes through the points (-4,-1) and (6,-1)
Solnce55 [7]

Answer:

slope= 0

Step-by-step explanation:

m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)

m= (-4-1),(6-1)

subtract the x1 and y1 which is -1--1 equal to 0

now same goes for x2/y2 we subtract them

which we end up getting 10

but because we have 0 whatever number we get it doesn't matter because at the end our answer will end up being 0.

On average she can knit 2cm in 35 minutes express this as a rate in mm/minutes<br>
siniylev [52]

Answer:

17.142858mm Per Minute

Step-by-step explanation:

First divide 2 by 35 to get 0.057148286 which you then divide by 2 because knitting 1cm should take half the time of 2cm to get 0.02857143;

1cm is equal to 10mm SO we multiply the final value of the calculation I shared before by 10 to get 0.2857143 which would be 1/60 of the answer since there are 60 seconds per minute so FINALLY we multiply the 0.2857143 by 60 to find that she can knit 17.142858 mm per minute!
