PCR is a tool used in molecular biology and Recombinant DNA is a technology, while developing technology various tools are used, for example our case the tools are vectors, ligation and Restriction digestion enzymes etc. PCR is the abbreviation for polymerase chain reaction. It is similar to recombinant DNA technology in that both have the ability to sequence DNA.
