She has been stressed with filling out multiple college applications and has coped with it by setting deadlines for each application. All the while, she is still working after school and volunteering on the weekend. Positive mental health allows us to enjoy life's pleasures, believe in our own abilities, cope with the normal stresses of life, work/study productively and enjoy socialising that is, Kayla feels good about herself and she does not become overwhelmed by emotions, such as fear, anger, love, jealousy, guilt, or anxiety.
