The poem on how one's lifestyle can affect functions of a circulatory and respiratory system.

Daily practices to show
how much you know and make sure that yourself you are growing
You are very ready to keep away those disturbing diseases
which one day they may break your body into pieces.

Breathing in smoke
It allows yourself to be freely choked
Taking your blood and lungs into a problem
And again into a great risk of cold blood.
