Answer: Look below

Step-by-step explanation:

the product of two fractions can be 1, 0, improper,mixed number or one fraction itself if multiplied by 1. I know whether two fractions are equal 4/5 and 12/15 for example by using the greatest common factor of the numerator and denominator, if the GCF is greater or equal to 2 then it can be simplified further. In this example 12 and 15 can be divided by 3 which is 4/5.

kirill [66]

ANSWER

( {x - 11)}^{2}  + ( {y - 5)}^{2}  = 16

EXPLANATION

The given circle has center:

(11,5)

and

radius: 4

The equation of a circle with center (h,k) and radius , r is given in standard form as;

( {x - h)}^{2}  + ( {y - k)}^{2}  =  {r}^{2}

We substitute the values into the formula to obtain,

( {x - 11)}^{2}  + ( {y - 5)}^{2}  =  {4}^{2}

( {x - 11)}^{2}  + ( {y - 5)}^{2}  = 16
