Answer: CO_2 and H_2O

Explanation:- Photosynthesis is a phenomenon in which green plants containing chlorophyll use sunlight as a source of energy to convert carbon dioxide and water to form glucose and oxygen.

Photosynthesis is the process used by plants, algae and certain bacteria to convert energy from sunlight and turn it into chemical energy in the form of glucose which is used a s a source of energy by many organisms.

The right answer is CO2, H2O, and light.

Photosynthesis is a conversion of light energy from the sun into chemical energy. This photonic biosynthesis of a carbohydrate is made from carbon dioxide CO2, water H2O, by means of light energy (from the sun).

Compare and contrast intracellular receptors and plasma membrane receptors; consider the chemical nature of the ligands (i.e. ch
Ratling [72]

Answer:

Explanation: They both require the binding of Ligand.

Differences:

Intracellular receptor is located in cytosol. It can be found in the nucleus. It leads to slower responses related to gene transcription. They are steroids. Ligands are lipophilic, small, uncharged; diffuse through membrane and bind to receptor.

Plasma membrane receptor-

The Ligands are hydrophobic and don't have to be small and uncharged; bind only to membrane receptor. Extracellular signaling molecule binds to cell membrane receptor and triggers rapid cellular response (protein hormone)

If all green plants in the world were distroyed which atmospheric gas will increase
Mila [183]

Trees are a crucial part of the carbon cycle, a global process in which carbon dioxide constantly circulates through the atmosphere into organism and back again. Carbon is the second most valuable element to life, you know, after water. Anyway, trees take carbon from the atmosphere through photosynthesis in order to make energy. This carbon is then either transferred into oxygen and released into the air by respiration or is stored inside the trees until they decompose into the soil. Therefore, the absence of trees would result in significantly HIGHER amounts of carbon dioxide in the air and LOWER amounts of oxygen! The filthy air would also be full of airborne particles andpollutants like carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide and its temperature may increase by up to 12 F.
