Something that is assumed to be true, the known facts are sometimes ignored in a hypothesis.  It is supposition or explanation provided which is accepted provisionally to interpret certain phenomenon or events, the truth or reality of which we do not know.  The hypothesis are generally based upon either someone else's observation or on previous studies.

The validity of a hypothesis is proved by the experiments. In order to prove a hypothesis assumed by any scientist, an experimental proof is a must. The results of the experiments in different circumstances must be same as per claimed in a hypothesis. So, it important for scientists to keep testing a hypothesis even after they’ve found it to be true so that the repeated tests help the scientists to determine whether the hypothesis is always true in different circumstances or not.

Hence, it is important for scientists to keep testing a hypothesis even after they’ve found it to be true because repeated tests help determine whether the hypothesis is always true in different circumstances.

What volume would a 200.0 g sample of hydrogen sulfide gas occupy at stp?
GrogVix [38]
Answer is: Volume of hydrogen sulfide is 131,37 L.
m(H₂S) = 200,0 g.
n(H₂S) = m(H₂S) ÷ M(H₂S).
n(H₂S) = 200 g ÷ 34,1 g/mol.
n(H₂S) = 5,865 mol.
V(H₂S) = n(H₂S) · Vm.
V(H₂S) = 5,865 mol · 22,4 L/mol.
V(H₂S) = 131,37 L = 131,37 dm³.
n - amount of substance.
Vm - molar volume.

If an object is thrown 60 m into the air and it takes the object 6 s to get there, what's the average speed of the object?
tigry1 [53]

Answer : The average speed of the object is, 10 m/s

Solution : Given,

Distance traveled by the object = 60 m

Time taken = 6 s

Average speed : It is defined as the distance traveled by an object in per unit time. The unit of average speed is, meter/second.

Formula used :

\text{Average speed}=\frac{\text{Distance traveled}}{\text{Time taken}}

Now put all the given values in this formula, we get the average speed of an object.

\text{Average speed}=\frac{60m}{6s}=10m/s

Therefore, the average speed of the object is, 10 m/s
