How can 12 people share an 8 segment gummy worm? find two ways

8 people get 1 segment each while the other 4 get none.
The segments can be divided into 12 parts so that each person gets an equal share of the gummy worm, 2/3rds of a segment.

You could divide it into 12 parts or into 66 (2/3) to make it even for everybody or make everybody one segment except for 4 people but makes it unfair and not really sharing so you would have to put one in a fraction other in a decimal i guess.
