To increase performance, an athlete should do trainings to Enhance their lung capacity and speed up during recovery.

Hypoxic training is a method to increase the transport of oxygen gas keeping the athlete in a environment where oxygen is less, so that his/he , the heart and lungs can work harder than usual.

It can be done at a height of 12000 feet to perform this training.

Changing body weight should be done safely in order to increase the performance otherwise it may potentially harm the body. Dietician presence becomes necessary to judge the eating habits of the athlete.
