The answer is Japan. I was able to reach this answer through the process of elimination and logic. We know that Italy is home to some of the best known and elegant fashion brands, as well as France to a lesser degree. The U.S. is a great place to sell the products making it just as important as the aforementioned countries. Japan’s never was known to be a fashion capital because of their unique economy of business services and rare goods. It is likely that the modern Japan has indeed risen to become a fashion capital.
