To find the percentage change in the number of students enrolled you do : 705 ( which is the new number ) - 823 ( which is the old number ) / 823 then the result *100 So I know it is confusing, sorry for that, but basically what you do is (new value - old value) / old value then the result of this multiplied by 100 since it is a percentage Toodles!!!
