When subtracted it is 4/12. You can subtract both as they are because they both have a Common Denominator; it is 12. There is 1 more step that you have to do after subtracting. The fraction needs to be reduced. 4 and 12 are similar. You can divide the 4 into 12. Divide 4 into 4 (the numerator is 4) and divide 4 into 12 ( the denominator is 12). The answer is
**** 1/3 ****

7/12 - 3/12 = 1/3
Simplify each fraction if possible.
Same denominator? YES!
7 - 3 = 4
Since they have the same denominator, you just subtract the numerators.
Then simplify 4/12
4/4= 1 12/4= 3
Answer: 1/3
Hope that helps!

Please help............... :)
ZanzabumX [31]

Answer:

False

Step-by-step explanation:

Let's list all the odd numbers less than 15.

13, 11, 9, 7, 5, 3, 1

Prime numbers are numbers that can only be multiplied by 1 and themselves. But, we can see, that 9 can be multiplied by 3 and 3, making it a not-prime number (sorry I don't remember the exact name for that, I'm blanking out).

The number 9 makes that statement false.

Hope I helped! ouo.
