Answer: Yes, she would change her mind after using a microscope.

Jusitification:

A microscope would revel a inner structure of the petal which is not compatible with the reasoing that the smallest thing that makes up the rose is a petal.

With the microscope she will be able to detect some repetitive patterns (cells) which imply that the petal is not a simple structure but is composed of other simpler structures.

A proton is fired toward a lead nucleus from very far away. How much initial kinetic energy does the proton need to reach a turn
Olegator [25]

Answer:

The electric force is conservative.

Since

ΔK = −ΔU,

Kf − Ki =Ui −Uf.

We have,

Kf = 0

Ui = 0.

Thus Ki =Uf.

so ,at 10 fm Uf = (2×10)−12 J.

Calculate the root mean square (rms) average speed of the atoms in a sample of xenon gas at 0.15 atm and -55c
GrogVix [38]
Answer:
Vrms is 149.7266 m/sec

Explanation:
The root means square velocity of a gas can be calculated as follows:
Vrms = \sqrt{ \frac{3RT}{M}}
where:
R is the ideal gas constant = 8.3145
T is absolute temperature = -55 + 273 = 118 degrees kelvin
M is the molar mass of the gas = 131.293 grams = 0.131293 kg

Substituting with these givens in the above equation, we would find that the Vrms is 149.7266 m/sec

Hope this helps :)
