Answer:

Hanna will more than likely improve her function. My main issue with this principle is that it does not take into consideration the cyclical hypoxic nature of exercise. If Hannah does not have any respiratory issues than this will be beneficial but if she has problems in the regard this is a poor way to improve her condition.

Explanation:

New research shows the Vaso Diolators in conjunction with aromasin can greatly increase oxygen uptake and red blood cell proliferation which will help greatly to increase cardiorespiratory function. So maybe aromasin and VD stacked with that training would synergize the exercise.
