Head lice is caused by pediculosis capitis. It is very infection and common among children. The female head lice called louse lays and attach its egg on the scalp which hatch after 7-10days leading to a heavy breakout of lice in the hair. Lice are able to attach themselves to smooth hair, It is characterize by scratching heavily.
Sharing of combs should be avoided to prevent lice and it can be cured by the use of antibiotics.
