4. g(-2) = 3(-2), g(0) = 3(0), and g(5) = 3(5)

g(-3) = -6

g(0) = 0

g(5) = 15

5. h(-2) = -2(-2)+9, h(0) = -2(0) + 9, and h(5) = -2(5) + 9

h(-2) = 4 + 9 = 13

h(0) = 0 + 9 = 9

h(5) = -10 + 9 = -1

Essentially, all you're doing is plugging the x value into every single "x" you see in that function.

PLEASE HELP ME FAST!!!! ( It's about y-intercept)
Hoochie [10]

Answer:

y = 6x -7

Step-by-step explanation:

1. The equation of any line in slope-intercept form is y = mx + b, where y = y-coordinate, m = slope, x = x-coordinate, and b = y-intercept.

2. Given that the slope is 6, we plug that value in m, and given that the y-intercept is -7, we plug that value in b:

  • y = mx + b
  • y = 6x - 7

Brett painted three walls. Each wall was 9 ft tall and 12 ft long. How much wall area did he paint
julsineya [31]

Answer:

First we need to calculate the are of each wall, since we alredy knew the length (l) and the width (w) which is the height of the wall in this case:

A = wl = 9 . 12 = 108 (ft²)

We also know that he painted 3 walls, we need to multiply our first result by 3, in other words, the area of wall that Brett painted is the sum of the area of three walls: 108 . 3 = 324 (ft²)
