Answer:

True

Explanation:

The right to private property is a natural right, but that right is of the negative type, that means that the right ends when it affects the rights of other people.

If you own private property, but the use of your private property is damaging the property of others, then, you have to change the way you are using it until the damages no more the other person's property.

If for example you own a house, and play loud music every night, your are infringing your neighbors right to sleep inside their private property (their houses), therefore, you must stop playing the loud music so that you do not damange your neighbors property anymore.

vladimir2022 [97]

Revenue is only recorded on an accrual basis when money is received.

The method of accounting transactions for recording revenue when earned and expenses when spent is known as the accrual basis. The accrual basis mandates the use of provisions for sales returns, bad debts, and inventory obsolescence that are made before the occurrence of such events.

Accounting entries in the books of a company or business are referred to as accrual and accounts payable. Earned income and incurred expenses that have not yet been received or paid are known as accruals. Short-term debts that represent goods or services a business has received but hasn't yet paid for are known as accounts payable.

Suppose you have a monthly entertainment budget that you use to rent movies and purchase CDs. You currently use your income to r
tino4ka555 [31]

Answer:

B. not maximizing utility because the marginal utility per dollar spent on movies is not equal to the marginal utility per dollar spent on CDs

Explanation:

Consumer is at utility maximising equilibrium in case of two goods consumption,  when Marginal Utility per unit of dollar spent on each good is equal , i.e :

MU (G1) / P (G1) = MU (G2) / P (G2) , where  ;

MU (G1) = Marginal Utility of Good 1 , MU (G2) = Marginal Utility of Good2 , P (G1) = Price of Good 1 , P (G2) = Price of Good 2

If Marginal Utility per unit of dollar spent on any good is higher than other , it is beneficial (utility maximising) for consumer to increase consumption of good having higher MU/P .

Given:  MU (Movie) = 50, P (Movie) = 5 , MU (CD) = 96, P (CD) = 10. MU (Mov) / P (Mov) i.e 50/5 = 10 > MU(CD) / P(CD) i.e 96 / 10 = 9.6

Since consumer's MU per unit of dollar spent is not equal for both goods , consumer is not at utility maximising equilibrium.
